One the ACA also referred to as Obama care: Even if the web site somehow comes to life there is a mass injustice being over looked by the people here. If it is the law of the land then it is tyranny by definition. For such law must then be applied to each and every citizen equally or it fails in light of our Constitution. There can be no exemptions for it to remain Constitutional this includes all members of government, Unions, religions, and even elected officials especially. They too must comply with said law or it is tyrannical and they are not above the law. If they are than they have claimed themselves a ruling class and I have no desire to be ruled. This is a valid address of grievance and under the First Amendment I demand my Right to petition said grievance in court. I will not file taxes or comply with such tyrannical legislation until such time as this valid case is heard. I do not consent nor will I comply to the ACA! It is a failure of legislation, of Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, and the very Presidency! They are not and should not ever be above the laws they write. It is a moral dilemma of ethics and a breach of Public Trust.
