One to One Midwives will be at Kiddicare in Aintree, Liverpool on the third Saturday of every month, starting Saturday 19th July from 10.30 till 16:00. The emphasis of the sessions will be on parent education for mums, dads and birthing partners. The classes are booked via the One to One administration team by calling: 0330 3309 121 and the sessions are open to everyone. The classes will provide information regarding preparing for labour and birth, recognising labour and coping strategies and the midwives will also discuss the birthing environment and partners role in labour.
