One year and seven months ago I started a new phase of my life .... Decided to change my habits, professional life, lifestyle .... I prayed and asked The Lord to give me everything I needed to stick to my goals and keep fighting a lot of the times against myself... During these months with consistency, focus, determination, will power I can say that the results are showing !! I am the true proof that a drastic diet leads to nothing but unhealthy lifestyle, eating disorders and mental illness and a lot of times results on a major bounce back just like it happened to me from my 18 to 23 years old ... Living a healthy lifestyle with consistency, balanced, dedication and focus are a lot more effective !! 4 weeks ago decided to reach another goal of competing and am really glad that I found a coach that has the same approach and thoughts as far as balance and healthy lifestyle .... Glad to e a part of team Franco !!! There still a long way to go and I am so excited for it !!!! #TEAMFRANCO
