Only a handful of bikes left for a special **HALLOWEEN** Spin 101 tomorrow night at 830PM! The difference between Spin101 and BodyRide is the endurance of the ride. Spin101 will be as intense as BodyRide, however will offer a few more seated pauses and slightly more verbal queuing. Both classes take riders beyond your comfort zone. Both classes will ride on beat and both will be SUPER FUN. Both classes will expect you to safely execute BodyRide signature moves with sound and mindful body balance and spine alignment. Both classes will emphasize active recovery. Both classes will incorporate all the same elements and signature BodyRide moves.
