Operation Whistler Update: The Operation Whistler Team has yet again had a great week with the key emphasis of ‘blowing time on crime’. Thanks to all the intelligence coming through from the public and from work by our partners, we have had numerous arrests covering all offences and even more vehicles taken off the streets that were either uninsured or used in committing crime. The community impact side of Operation Whistler has been significant with local communities now feeling safer and more involved with the local police. Rest assured Operation Whistler will continue in this vein all geared to making Stockport a great and safe place to live and work.
