Our 10 Week Challenge Here’s how it works! 1. Set 3 main goals you want to achieve in that time They must be measurable and realistic!! For example fit into Lu Lu size 4 shorts, row 300m in 1 minute 2. Take Selfies!! Every Thursday starting the 1st August you must take a photo of your front, side and back (in mirror or get partner) Fingers crossed by the end of the 10 weeks you’ll see some great changes! 3. Keep a food diary. This is to keep you in check and is a MUST! You can do it via my fitness pal on your Iphone, in your notes or hand written. You can check with us anytime you need to! Don’t forget to include water and other drinks. 4. Mental log book. Not every day will feel great, cravings, tiredness other ill feelings may come up, write them down and stay strong! You can then reflect on what you’ve accomplished and how you’ve changed your old emotional eating habits at the end! 5. Recipes! We’re all in this together folks so if there’s a yummy interesting healthy recipe we want to know about it! Chuck it up on our page so we can all enjoy! We’ll be posting our fav ideas too! 6. Training Programs. This is optional if you feel like you need a change in routine or if you need to train more! Write down a mon-sun diary of what you’re going to do each day and STICK TO IT!!! Fi and I are around whenever you need if you want a training program or some ideas of classes that might be beneficial Post anything and everything you’re willing to up on our page so that you’re held accountable!!! We’ll be putting up all our food, training and other info for some inspiration (hopefully!) Best of luck to everyone, here’s to a happy healthy us!!!
