Our Mackay based client is seeking an experienced : Planner / Scheduler / Quality Assurance / Risk Manager to join the team. MUST HAVE (but not limited to) : * Read and interpret mechanical drawings and measure and sketch simple parts, as required and in conformance with customer requirements. * Background in Metal Trades to enable time and material calculation for planning and scheduling requirements. * Formulate from start to end Q.A. policies, procedures and data collection sheets for new projects. * Extensive experience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Risk Management on mine sites. * Experienced in the use of MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, ITMS, Auto Cad & Primavera 6. * Work on continuously improving planning & scheduling systems. Keep abreast of and apply technological changes, paying attention to detail. * Carry out other directions of the Manager as required, overall demonstrating a high standard of work. * Oversee and mentor other team members, providing necessary advice, guidance and assistance as required in order to improve their skills. * Maintain a high standard of occupational health & Safety practice. * Work as a team member in a dynamic, fast paced environment. * Be Self-motivated.
