Our Society Show, would like to thank all who made comments on Mondays questions. On today segment of A Broken System the questions for today is whether we should hold our leaders accountable for the actions of their employees? Should law enforcement officers be immune or above the law when they break the laws that the average person is arrested for? What actions should be taken by tax payers to prevent law enforcement officers from abusing their authority? In the case of detective Christoper Derry and the Temple City Sheriffs Department, where there was no evidence to make an arrest, there has been no indication from the Chief of Temple City Sheriffs department that detective Derry was suspended or reprimanded for his action. Because of detective Derrys authority, arrogance and decision to teach me a lesson, he made the arrest without probable cause, he stated that he was not going to make an arrest, or that there would not be an arrest for providing him with information, all while he was wired. He testified in court that he had no evidence of a crime, but made the arrest because he did not believe me. Where is the leadership?
