Our client is a reputable bank Manager / Senior Manager- SME Responsibilities: - Responsible for business expansion in SME financing to boost new business from the smaller size commercial customers - Business solicitation and/or support business managers to co-ordinate with existing and new potential customers - Prepare credit proposal and ensure proper documentation is executed - Achieve an agreed target on each product which is commensurate with the grade - Liaise with operation units for loan disbursement, and follow up the past due accounts and documents, etc - Maintain a good quality portfolio and co-ordinate with Equipment Finance teams for business opportunities from their customers - Update management on latest market development - Cross sell other banking products Requirements: - Tertiary educated, degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred - Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking field - Good knowledge of hire purchase and leasing activities - Sound financial analytical and presentation skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is preferred **Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Officer** Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits will be given to the successful candidate.
