Our failure-averse culture has taught most of us that we should - TopicsExpress

Our failure-averse culture has taught most of us that we should never, ever fail. When we do, our minds often make quick decisions to limit any future failures. The best analogy here is when a crime happens and the police seal off the area with police tape, but in the case of failure, that police tape often stays up forever. You can spot a person with whole parts of their life sealed off, because they dont take risks, they dont trust people, they withdraw. They dont ever fail because they dont ever try again. ow.ly/yDeiz
