Our message to the lost world is RECEIVE THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS and BE RECONCILED TO GOD (Acts 26:18 & 2 Corinthians 5:20) Our message to the believer is AWAKE TO YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS AND SIN NO MORE (1 Corinthians 15:34) Dont confuse the two. The lost are NOT righteous and cannot wake up to something that they do not possess. The righteous are NOT sinners who need to be reconciled to a God they are one with by virtue of their union with Christ. The LOST still needs to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that they can hear the truth and call upon His name and be saved. (Romans 10:11-17) The BELIEVERS still need to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that they can be built up and walk in the inheritance reserved for His children. (Acts 20:32)
