After 9-months of our youth competition team using the same techniques as the JMJC senior elite team we have developed a new learning tool for our students. Video-1 is a week away from release. Video-2 Coaching- How to train your team This video talks about how to structure your class. Age, size, experience, belt ranks and time-schedule all effect class dynamics. We will go over different scenarios and ways to approach this topic. Video-3 How to build your program How to develop tools and assets such as parents, coaches, training partners, marketing and retention.
