Our perception shapes our own reality. We live in the box that our expectations have shaped, whether positive profession or negative profession. Our mind filters out any evidence that is contrary to our own belief. We choose what we think, and it is our limited expectation that has determined who we are. This is not the person that God has chosen us to be, it is the person we have chosen to be. Our self-talk shapes us; when we speak negatively of ourselves we live out that expectation. The only way to change our lives is to change our expectations. We must change our thinking- the very act of professing positive expectations changes our environment- and how others respond to us. When we cease being alienated- (in our minds from God), we begin to absorb the truth that God is pure LOVE and He will not fail us. Professing - “I AM A CHILD OF GOD,” initiates a life full of the supernatural power of God’s ability to shape our lives.
