Over 7 minutes of a dead man laying on a sidewalk surrounded by so many police.....Um, Have we forgotten basics in CPR????? *Non responsive *Not breathing I dont recall in my CPR class tapping for over 7 minutes on a shoulder asking if you are ok????? *4 minutes 18 seconds they finally start looking for the carotid artery *5 minutes still unresponsive and two baboons are staring at him wondering what is going on??? *6 minutes Ambulance worker drags him a few inches like a big dog would drag a large dead carcass of a dear or big piece of meat ! All those police, all those protecting freedom, keeping society safe from a fat asthmatic man selling a few loose cigarettes !!!!! So many police ! Guess its easy than chasing real criminals. The same police who turned their heads and backs on the New York Mayor.
