Over the years I have been involved in a lot of different clubs and charitys, and there is a very special group of people in each club, be it soccer, football pony club, tennis, gymnastics etc. These people are the volunteers. So this is for those that go out of their way to........take committee positions,......maintain the grounds, courts and club houses,.....do fund raising, raffles, stalls, events, canteens.....setting up and cleaning up tournaments, rallies, matches etc.......washing, ordering uniforms and equipment just to name a few things. Because we know your have paid your membership just like us, have a family just like us, have a child/ children competing and you would like to watch them just like us. Have a job/ Life outside the club just like us and you dont get paid, but you still find the time to help the club and the children and members. Without you there would be NO club, without you nothing would get done, so if you are one of these very special people give yourself a huge pat on the back. YOU ARE AMAZING!!!.................and if your not, please make sure you take your time to both acknowledge and thank these people, because without them you would not be able to enjoy the sport, facilities, equipment, events and food. DONT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!! THANK YOU TO ALL YOU VOLUNTEERS
