Over the years, our engineers have considered what it would take to design a plumbing bay that stood out from the pack for its reliability, its usability and its aesthetics. The result? Marathon’s exclusive plumbing bay that includes our patented Freedom Plus automated sewer hose, extendable/retractable shore cord, stainless steel water manifold system, tank rinse tools and personal clean-up station. Freedom Plus: Marathon’s patented Freedom Plus is an automated sewer hose system that couldn’t be easier to operate. This innovative system features push-button controls that open a drop door that dispenses the shore cord AND the sewer hose to the appropriate shore power hook-up and drain receptacle so you have minimal interaction with both. Water Manifold System: Marathon Coach intentionally designed the food grade stainless steel water manifold system to simplify the motorcoach experience. With each fixture having its own individual shut off valve, should there ever be an emergency situation, you can easily shut off water to the affected area, yet maintain water service in the rest of the coach. And since all waterlines are seamless, with no elbows or joints, directly run from the manifold in the water bay to the appropriate appliance or fixture, there is less potential for water leaks. Fresh Water Fill: There are no extra steps. When you connect to city water, your can automatically replenish your fresh tank as well. Tank Rinse Tools: With the gray and black tank rinse inlets, you can easily use your adapter to clean your tanks after the systems have been drained. Clean-up Station: With an organized and aesthetically pleasing station for your disposable gloves, soap, running water and paper towels, even clean-up is easy. When you open the bays of a Marathon coach, you see and feel the extra attention to detail. The Marathon plumbing bay – simple and clean.
