Overcome ur glass ceiling. I read this book by Elvis Newman titled Life Lessons through Nature, & he spoke about how if u trap an insect nside a glass canter the gnat will keep trying 2 escape until they give up. Even after the lid is removed the gnat will still not try 2 escape because they believe they cannot. So overcoming your glass ceiling simply means, just because u keep hitting what seems like dead-ends, dont give up.
