COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT CATHOLICISM . . .it was the Catholic Church guided by the Holy Spirit as promised by Jesus Christ who DETERMINED the Canon of the New Testament Bible . . .the 27 books were among the more than 200 books that claimed to be inspired writings . . .the Period of Formation of the Canon was from year 100-220AD . .. the Period of Discussion of the Canon was from year 220 - 367AD . ..and the Period of Fixation of the Canon was from year 367 - 405AD long after the death of Constantine . . .so that the Church at that time that God used to determine the Canon of the New Testament Bible should be the TRUE CHURCH . .. and there was No Other Church at that time but the Catholic Church . . so that if the idea of Constantine pagan influence on the Catholic Church is True then God used a pagan church to determine the Canon of the Bible?. . .the fact that it was the Catholic Church guided by the Holy Spirit that determined the Canon of the Bible. . then the Catholic Church is the True Church established by Jesus Christ in Matthew 16:15 -19 . . .as ALL of us accepts the 27 books as canonical . . .the Council of Trent in 1546 on the other hand DEFENDED the intergrity of the Canon of the New Testament and the Old Testament from the pseudo-Reformers and Martin Luther who discarded the books of Hebrews, James, Jude, and Apocalypse as altogether uncanonical. . .and with regards the Old Testament Canon . ..the Protestant Churches have EXCLUDED the deutero writings from their canons, classifying them as Apocrypha. . .so that it is NOT TRUE that the Catholic Church ADDED books to the Old Testament . . .it was Martin Luther and the Protestant Movement that REMOVED these books from the Old Testament . . .here is a 2-minute video clip by Robert Sungenis . . .https://youtube/watch?v=e_jhjen3cJg
