PISSED WAY PAST OFF: remember my phone locked me out and i had to get it wiped a couple of days ago...well turns out screen was faulty.So I take it in this morning with the promise that it would be ready at 2. I go to get it at 4.20 only to be informed by Raymond (really great) that I needed a new phone. He asked if I had the box. I told him I hadnt (Ive had phone for a few months). He received permission from his manager to replace it. I told him I would come back at 5. Go back a lil after five and he is gone. No problem. Another young man goes to get phone. Im standing there waiting. Yet another guy comes out and says: Do you have the box? like hes talking to someone else. Then he repeats it, looking at me. I thought I was simply picking up my phone which is why I didnt answer him at first. But his tone was ridiculous. I said: ya talking to me? Ive already been through this with Raymond but I assumed you was talking to a dog with that tone. He then says: Give me ya passcode (which I had already given to Raymond...HIS RESPONSE: well hes gone so give it to me). Im trying to keep my cool but I am way past annoyed by now. I tell him he better learn how to talk to customers properly. He then asks for additional information in order to download from my cloud. Im like look Ive got to go. i told Kiki to stay there and I will come back. He proceeds to tell me that if I wont listen to him I can do it yourself and then proceeds to tell kiki come get the phone and take it home. I told him he clearly does not know who hes dealing with...this lil b*****d says rudely: Ya. I dont. I am ready to put some utensils in him but refuse cause I have Kiki with me. I ask how long will it take...he tells me he dont know. I tell him Ill be back before closing and I said as Im walking out the door: this lil boy must want me slap him to which he replies something rudely but i was too busy rushing to get my son to even acknowledge him. I go back 20 mins later..phone still not done. i sit calmly. when its so-called ready i just take the phone and leave. dont even say thank u, which is not like me cause im big on manners. and guess what..nothing downloaded from my cloud. So Digicel In Bermuda I suggest you teach that rude Ryan (not nesbitt) how to treat customers. It takes a lot for me to get heated these days and that lil boy took me there today.
