In fact hes been tied up all his life, never taken for walks, as a result of which one of his hind legs has become weak due to complete lack of exercise, but hes very active nonetheless, running, playing like any other dog. With gentle exercise, short walks, the leg will soon become strong. Otherwise healthy, he urgently needs a very loving, understanding home.
