:::::PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS:::: Ramadan Reflection: An open invitation. This is an invitation to anyone interested in Islam. It is, I promise, the best thing in the world. It is a way of life. This is the Holy Month of Ramadan. Think back to your friends who have died. Family who have died. Loved ones who have died. Not everyone has this chance that you do. If you were ever interested in the smallest thing about Islam. Write and ask on the page for Muslim Students Association at VCU. Get knowledge. Contact me, but Ill respond after ten days inshallah and Ill tell you why soon enough. This invitation goes to Non-Muslims and Muslims struggling in life. We dont know if well make it to the next Ramadan. Or even to the next morning. Or the next hour. Islam is the true religion. There is no God but Allah swt. And if you know me, and you respect me as an individual. Then please respect this message. Learn more about Islam. It is peaceful for those who actually implement it in their lives. There are many Muslims by name Muhammad, and by character they are Moe. Im not trying to belittle anyone, but this Ramadan you have a chance to have a clean slate. Allah swt has made it easy. Take a break from the world and seek forgiveness, be thankful, and spend this time in worship to the Creator. Hell wipe all your sins if you truly seek repentance for Him. If not, these days will go to waste. The next ten days Ill be sitting for ittiqaf Inshallah. It is Islamic retreat from the world. Ill be living in the mosque for the last 10 nights of ramadan. It is a way for me to find myself and connect to Allah. Last year I sat for the first time and it has impacted me so much that I decided to become a motivational speaker, a greater asset to my community, and a counselor to all my peers. Take these ten days seriously. Islam will bring peace and joy in your life. It did to mine. I wish you all the best.
