POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER / ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (KLANG VALLEY) Responsibilities :- 1. Lead a team of sales personnel to achieve / monitor sales target as set by the Company. 2. Manage Retail Operations and day-to-day whilst ensuring top & bottom line profitability. 3. Build and develop a highly-motivated and dynamic retail team aimed at exceeding customer expectations. 4. Create and drive promotional activities which deliver maximum returns by strategic planning and full compliance to company standards. 5. To provide necessary on-going guidance, training and coaching to sales personnel. 6. Collaborate with the operation / buying team to manage stock issues and to maximise sales. Requirements :- 1. Min 3 to 5 years retail in sales & customer service experience. 2. Prior experience in retail of luxury watch would be favourable considered. 3. Strong leadership, good communication skills and result-oriented. 4. Responsible & can work independently. 5. Min SPM / “O” Level. Benefits :- 1.
