I had a horrible experience w Comcast. Never saw so many angry customers with complaints in one single room. Can you believe one of the attendants called security on a customer? Yes , she did, on a customer who had been a client for 5 years...who had his 7 years old son with him... On a simple address change op....the crowd almost went into a riot, no one could believe .what an embarrassment, comcast! or is that only the clerks that work at the medford st in Malden MA that have the right to bully paying clients? do I hear call a lawyer here? 911, please, to stop consumer abuse . Big business, you just lost my business, my family s and anyone I can tell about you. Humiliating customers it s not supposed to happen in the America I live in. Anyone other horror stories about Comcast or is it just me? Go take your bad business somewhere else, we don t need that here in this Country...If you have a history that can help people being ripped of by Comcast, let s share. Sharing is Caring.
