PPP preview for Tuesday, Nov. 4- Voter Check-in. Community groups like Souls to the Polls and RockAR Vote are working hard to get voters to the polls to increase the minority turn out. Dianne Curry the Arkansas State GOTV Coordinator said “Its already been stated, publicly by the New York Times, that minority votes do not turn out elections. We can be truly affected by how we are represented in the near future. So to me that is an important goal, Both groups agree that education about the issues behind each candidate is key to their efforts. Voter turnout is being watched around the country.
