PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: I had a long overdue hernia surgery today...thats not the announcement. Due to putting it off so long there was quite a bit of my digestive system involved so I had to have a colonoscopy yesterday. This is the Public Service Announcement...I know a few people that have lost battles to colon cancer and I support colon cancer research every year. However, I wasnt too enthused about having a colonoscopy. Im glad I did it and will do it regularly for the rest of my life. The prep drink isnt nearly as bad as people say and the procedure is not difficult at all. So...if youre at that age and havent had one...get it scheduled. I dont want to lose anymore friends or family to any kind of cancer. Take care all!
