The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating equipment to fill bulk adhesives/sealants into various primary packages, blister carding primary packages, and the palletization of that finished product for transfer to the Distribution Center. Adherence to Henkel’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and practices is maintained as a top priority. The Packaging Operator is expected to perform the required duties of this position in full compliance with departmental standard operating procedures. Who we are looking for Duties involving bending, lifting, and reaching comprise nearly 90% of the working shift. Must be able to lift between 25 - 40 pounds from waist height continuously throughout the day. Must be able to stand/walk during the entire working shift. Must be able to work overtime as required Will work in the presence of environmental factors such as noise, vibrations, odors, and chemicals. High School Diploma or Equivalency. Associates or trade school degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical technology highly desirable
