Pain is weakness leaving the body...remind yourself of this simple truth, especially when you are feeling like you want to quit, throw in the towel, and just give up. Continue to push yourself through the pain and I promise you will begin to feel yourself getting stronger, this is an essential part of our growth process, ignore it to your own peril...resist stagnation at all costs, movement is life, onslaught every obstacle, PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY. This is the very crux of my new class: Embrace the pain. That is all.
