Parker finally woke up from anesthesia at about 5 this afternoon, and has been such a happy baby ever since! He just fell back to sleep. (Not going to jinx it), but I feel like we are finally on the road to recovery and healing. I feel that God has taken care of this infection and PRAY that within the next couple of days the cultures dont grow anything. I just want so bad for him to get a break, but dont want to wait on something that can possibly harm him even more. If the cultures are negative, and NOTHING changes with Parker and his condition, then Im hoping after the course of Vancomycin and Cefepime, for the two infections, we could be going home! My mom knew how much I wanted to be able to go home today so I can see Kylee. Knowing I wouldnt leave him when he is having surgery, she brought my sweet girl to me last night and left today. It wasnt near enough time, but more than I thought I was going to get. I hope everyone has a great night. Thank you all so so much for the support and prayers.
