Pastamadre/sourdough/zuurdesem: I am into this new project... Made it myself with bio flour and water and let it become a living entity. Baked my first bread with zuurdesem (till now I had only used yeast) which turned out very tasty and its becoming an addiction. Would you be interested learning how to make it yourself from the start or would you like to bake your first bread with my sourdough? I would be very happy to share pastamadre (for free of course) with you!
