Paying the Banker in his coin. While signing a Credit card application, a customer added the following things " 0 percent interest rate, unlimited credit and no fees, as well as a stipulation that the bank pay steep fines for changing or canceling the contract." The Banker did not notice these changes and issued the credit card. When the customer did not pay his dues, the Banker filed the case for dues, interest, late fees and fees.. The court ruled in favour of the customer as per agreement. Banker said, " We have not read the agreement and we have issued the card in good faith.
