About a Year and a half ago our family with through a terrible time. We lost 2 people close to us, there was a lot of turmoil and stress. I wound up in ER with possible heart attack. I had a dear friend praying for me and I turned it over to God. He flooded my heart, my soul and my mind with such peace and comfort. I could almost feel his arms around me. I heard a song being sung in my ear that was almost audible. It was exactly what this scripture says. All of us will go through heartache stressful situation. We can go through alone or with Jesus..Cast all your care on him, he loves and let him give you perfect peace that passes all understanding
