Penntext / Textbook retailer Downingtown Seasonal Inventory control and customer service - Assist in the entire receiving process which includes logging inbound inventory, accurate product check in and stocking to our shelves. - Research, identify and resolve inventory discrepancies (i.e. physical count versus reported items, packing lists versus items received and physical location of items, etc.). - Help identify procedures when needed to prevent recurrences of problems. - Conduct, organize, and coordinate cycle counts. Perform physical inventories when needed. - Order processing, quality control and customer service interactions with our customers.
