People come and people go throughout our lifetime. Some were worth the time spent and in the end others were simply lessons of the type of person we wouldnt necessarily want to be. I guess its safe to say everyone, no matter who comes into our lives, serves a purpose. But in the end, the ones that are still there and couldnt walk away no matter how many disagreements and still saw you for you, are the ones you might as well call your family. Your precious gifts given to you to help walk you through this what can be, treacherous world. Just as our children bring light into our very existence, friends, true friends can be a pretty bright light in life as well. Im very thankful for the friends I do have. The friends that do actually see me and not just an assumption of what they believe me to be. There are only enough to fit on one hand. But in this life all you really need is one true GOOD friend who is loyal to you. I must be blessed, because I have more than one. And yall know who you are...
