People who join the boycott Israel activities may feel they are helping Palestinians by damaging Israel. What they dont realize is how the two societies are interwoven. Many Palestinians work in Israeli companies, others cross the border into Israel to work. If Israeli companies are damaged by boycotts then what happens to the Palestinian workers, they lose their jobs or receive less salary to support their families. Is that helping them? Many people think it is good to join the boycotts and protests due to what they see in the news media but have not thought it through how they are being misused or how they actually are damaging the very people they want to help. Not smart.
