Philadelphia Highway Patrol to the rescue! Just this moment!!!!!!!!!! I happened to look out my window to see a local blind man walking down my sidewalk. He crosses the (very wide) street just as he passes my neighbors house. The speed limit is 25, most cars travel at about 40MPH. I rushed to get my shoes and ran out the door to help him cross as I do anytime I see him. I got out front just in time to see a Philly Highway Patrol officer (White Shirt, missed his rank) Spin a U-turn on his Wheel (Harley) and park it to escort my neighbor across the street. Yeah,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ;) Thanks You Sir! I am grateful to have witnessed this event. ;)
