AFTER the tree farm dude cuts it with the chainsaw, he shows us that not only is the trunk completely crooked, but its really made of 3 smaller trunks- so it cant be cut down from the bottom. Fabulous. We buy the stand they swear will hold the monster, get it home, chop it from the top instead, tear the house apart to get it in...still too tall. Chop more. Try to get it in the stand. Will not work with crooked trunk. Repeat about fifty times. Add tree falling numerous times. Add children crying hysterically that they want to decorate. Add a couple broken ornaments. Tree is now residing in the front yard. Tomorrow is another day. And a plain ol, small, not-gonna-be-a-Carolina-Sapphire tree.
