Pictured as the background-- a really beautiful area of China (Yangshuo, a small county in Guilin,China) where fishermen used to rise at dawn and use birds to help them catch fish. Now, I understand, they do it the traditional way more often for tourists, with more and more people relying on modern boats. The Planet Earth series (on Discovery Channel) did a program on this, and it is fascinating.
