Pipefitters Local 120 Cleveland, OH Applications are handed out at the Training Center Office on the second Monday of every month between the hours of 8:30am and 11:30am. At: 6305 Halle Drive Valley View, OH 44125 You must pick up your application in person and you will need to sign for it. You will have 2 weeks in which to return it along with the following documentation: • Birth Certificate • Valid Driver’s License • High School Diploma (or GED and Test Scores) • Official Sealed High School Transcripts • $20.00 Application Fee • Military Discharge papers (DD214) After you return your paperwork to the Training Center Office you will be given a testing schedule.
