He/she • Supervises the sponsorship communications activities of Community Development Facilitators and Community Volunteers • Trains and mentors staff and volunteers • Ensures timely and accurate communications between Sponsored Children and Sponsors • Ensures timely and accurate communications with the Country Office in Dili and Plan organizations in Europe, Australia, East Asia and North America Skills, experience, other requirements • Must have fluent spoken and written English. (All written communications about sponsorship are in English.
