There I was, anticipating that moment when our pay would be uploaded on our payslip site, excited kay naay ni agi nga holiday and all, then my heart dropped to my stomach the moment I scrolled down and saw it.. pay dispute napud! The incentives we worked our asses for, the number of hours we work para lang ma reach ang Rice Allowance, unya kulang2 pa jd ang oras ma reflect sa payslip. Dili mag match ang number of hours ang na collate sa Time sa CCMS (after adjustments nana). Never jud nga mas nidako ang naka reflect nga Time sa akong pay. I am not underestimating the people behind Accounting, but naku naman, makapamalikas ta di oras. Is it our system or the people behind it? Mura man ug gipolitika ni oi. Our calls are whats paying everyone, but please get our pays right! Yes you employed us. We are doing our best to make you proud of us. Good attendance. Passing our metrics. And we expect proper compensation for our hardwork. Its not fair. Just get it right, that is all we are asking for. Maayo unta ug dali2x ra nga mkabalhin ug work. Dili bya lalim. Huhuh.
