Please join Sheriff Al Nienhuis and the men and women of the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office in supporting one of our former CRIMESTOPPERS. Ryan Watson, 13, son of a Hernando County firefighter, was diagnosed with Leukemia on 09-22-14. He is currently hospitalized in order to receive treatment and additional testing. There are fundraisers being organized to help with his medical expenses. Please visit his Facebook (below) to learn more. His family is asking for books, games, puzzles, etc. for him while he is in the hospital. One of the first fundraisers will be held at the Texas Roadhouse on 10-06-14 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. – 10% of your food purchases will be donated toward Ryan’s medical bills.
