Please look at these pictures taken directly from Revenge of the Sith. The first Death Star projects took many years to complete, for the first prototype, the first functional Death Star in Episode 4, and also the Second Death Star that was already under construction for the 4 years after Episode 4 when the first public one was destroyed, the second being destroyed in Episode 6. These three pictures were taken in the Episode 3 film. Please direct your attention to the architecture of the Star Destroyers bridge. It did not look like this during the entirety of the third film except up until this point. This shows us that they have undergone drastic technological changes, also pointing to the control panels on the lower deck in the second picture. Those monitors do not look like this during the entirety of the clone wars. Next we will look at the uniforms and the stafff officers. These people are not clones. The clones were retired soon after the wars end, being replaced by legitimate enlisted officers from around the galaxy. Wilhuff Tarkin is noticeably older in this picture than he is in the Clone Wars kids cartoon series. It would be highly improbable that these officers uniforms were at all created or distributed to these non-clones in the short days after Anakins fall on Mustafar. Next we will go to the paint schemes on the three Star Destroyers in orbit near the construction of the prototype Death Star (Which was only fired once, and on the installation it orbited. The Death Star in Episode 4 did not exist until the middle years of the Empire). It would not be at all possible to hastily repaint these three gigantic capital ships mere days after the formation of the Empire. You will see in the movie that the clones have not recieved an upgrade in armor. Why is it that these ships have? In conclusion, the construction of this prototype Death Star, which did not appear in Episode 4, took place at least 5 years after the formation of the Galactic Empire. Why is this important? Because that means they are building it in response to the Rebel Terrorist threat. IT WAS NOT BUILT IMMEDIATELY AFTER ANAKINS TRANSFORMATION. Why else would they go through all the trouble to make it? So they can protect the galaxy from the chaos caused by them. The original plan was for Galen Marek to gather them all together so Darth Vader could unleash the first Death Star upon them, but they failed.
