The National Weather Service is predicting another round of heavy rains for the region starting as early as Tuesday evening due to Hurricane Odile. We are encouraging residents to prepare in advance of the storm. Sandbags are available for pick-up at the following Gilbert Fire Stations: Fire Station 1 2730 E. Williams Field Road (Williams Field Road between Higley and the 202) Fire Station 3 1011 E. Guadalupe Road (Guadalupe/Lindsay Roads) Fire Station 11 2860 E. Riggs Road (Riggs/Lindsay Roads) In light of last weeks rain, and in anticipation of potential rain this week, please help us prevent mosquitoes by removing any standing water.
