Poland: one of the most brutal cases- stray dog found badly injured, shot in the head! The stray dog was picked up and transported by EKOSTRAZ (polish rescue group) to veterinary surgeon, who described the wounds as: complex fractures of the nose (including the destruction of the nasal septum, nasal nerves and mirrors), the right shoes and the right lower jaw and tongue wounds corresponding to the type and nature of the damages that arise as a result of a gun shot at close range. All torn and sore! The dog is waiting for at least one more surgery and long treatment and rehabilitation. The boy lived in this world no more than a year (still a puppy) and never had an easy life, as evidenced by the extreme neglect of care and a significant degree of emaciation as a result of that thrown by a man rambled long before facial trauma. The bottom line is the EKOSTRAZ immediate intervention and surgery saved the young dog’s life. Thank you!
