Police are seeking public assistance following a crash between a truck and pedestrian on Port Wakefield Road at Bolivar this afternoon. At about 3.25pm, police and SAAS were called to the crash which happened just north of Bolivar Road. The male pedestrian has sustained life threatening injuries and remains in a critical condition at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Police are trying to identify the injured man as he did not have any identification on him at the time. He is described as having an olive complexion, aged approximately in his 50s, approximately 178cm tall, 90-100kg, with short dark and grey hair, unshaven with grey facial hair, he has a grey goatee beard and a large nose. He does not have any tattoos or noticeable scars or marks on his body. He was wearing black Slazenger tracksuit pants, blue and orange thongs and a red/orange top. Police urge anyone who may know the identity of the man to immediately call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
