Portfolio Manager Position Portfolio Manager Reporting to Regional Business Manager Reportees to the position Technical Supervisor Job Responsibilities *Provide technical assistance to Service Centers *Induction and Training of new Service Centre staff towards products and services we offer ,chemicals we use and the efficacy of the same. *Should have awareness about the competition‘s product and the comparative efficacy, relevance and usage of various pesticides available in market. Should share this knowledge with the Service Centre Team *Should be able to offer unique solution to the client based on the client’s specific need, requirements and timeline. *Training and inducting Technicians & Technical Supervisor, monitoring their performance and upgrading their technical service delivery skills, knowledge about the services and ability to handle technical customer complaints. *Create a centre of excellence for Technical Training and set Technical Training Calendar for the each service centre in the city as per the agreed standards of the organizational training requirements. *Creating and maintaining safe practices for material handling and usage. *Ensuring instruments and equipment maintenance *Ensuring Quality Compliance *Stock taking at month end ,ensuring accuracy for the closing of same ,supervising it at service centre and tying it up with Actual Physical Stock. Reporting expired stock and co-coordinating with the HO for the same. *Visiting Customers to find the service efficacy. Handling Irate Customers *Conducting and co-coordinating trials for new service as per the HO guidelines .Collating feedback for the efficacy and inducting entire service centre team for the new service usage. *Training and ensuring maintenance of safety standards at the service centers. *Assisting Sales team in getting Technical pitches for Corporate /big accounts .Doing Technical inspection and assisting in making the quote. *Training the sales team to be technically competent.
