Today I tried a delicious new snack from the Pioneer Woman: half of an English muffin, spread with a good dose of peanut butter. Next is very thin slices of granny smith apple. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon on top - liberally. Broil 10-15min. DIVINE!! Grateful for yummy, new recipes!
