Posting on behalf of a friend [chris] who is out of the state until spring. 1998 SXI pro. Has the following mods: AC pole, coffmans rocket pipe, prop, grate, sbn44 carb, Umi steering, Umi pole spring, custom paint, fully rebuilt 750 with new crank, lightened flywheel, and maybe more that I am forgetting. The motor has less than 10hrs and has perfect compression. The ski does however have an intermittent spark issue. Chris brought it to me to look at and its either the stator or CDI. If it were me I would recommend someone buy a complete ebox from a running ski (around $100) and a stator ($75ish) as someone has already been in this electrical box and things are butt connected and etc. Chris has bought a new superjet and is looking to move this for best reasonable offer cash or trade. He is interested in superjet/waveblaster/701 parts related trades. I can answer questions, however all negotiation should go through Chris. I live a block away from him and told him that I would help with a sale in his absence. I was told that if a sale does not go easily that he is open to parting it out.
