This position is responsible for coordinating and directing a staff of seven full and/or part time staff in a planned mountain community of approximately 250 homes. The operations manager oversees all aspects of the daily administration of the Powder Horn Mountain Property Owners association. The manager works under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors. However, he or she is expected to exercise a high degree of initiative in day to day operations. Qualifications: College graduate or equivalent, with business experience. Strong management skills and ability to delegate. Excellent and tireless interpersonal skills.
