Power Failure result Upon receipt of the match report, the Mascom Top8 Local Organizing Committee convened on urgency to study the Report in reference to the Tournament Rules as read with the current BFA Play Rules and Regulations, as amended by the BFA NEC from time to time. The powers of the BFA NEC have been captured eloquently in the BFA Play Rules and Regulations on Regulation 28 which deals with Review, Variation, Amendment and/or Change, read the Premier league Press Release on Tuesday. A decision was made that the game should be resumed on Wednesday 26 November 2014 at the same venue for the remaining 16 minutes of regulation time.
